Meet Tony Roberts
I’m Tony Roberts, and I’ve been repairing computers for over 30 years. Dreambytes is my business — I run it, I answer the phone, and I do the repairs myself. There’s no team behind the scenes, no call centre, and no ticket system. When you contact Dreambytes, you speak to me.
I started out in IT support when PCs were beige boxes running DOS. Since then I’ve worked across corporate IT, managed services, and hands-on hardware repair. These days I focus on what I do best: fixing computers and laptops for local customers who want a straight answer and a fair price.
My workshop is in Cheadle Hulme, and I regularly serve customers across Bramhall, Gatley, Wilmslow, Stockport, Woodford, Poynton and surrounding Cheshire areas.

- On-site visits — for issues best resolved at your home or office (Wi-Fi, setup, basic troubleshooting)
- Remote support — for software issues that can be fixed without collecting the device
